Paul Temple has 40 year’s business, academic and consultancy experience. He started life in marketing, has a master’s degree in management and has gained a breadth of experience, both in the UK and internationally, that enables him to address many key issues facing organisations today. Paul works on strategic issues with a range of organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Xanthe Childs is a business and management consultant who specialises in major projects and interim management. With a background of working in major plc organisations, she has the right experience to assist and advise clients on improving performance, which usually involves a re-organisation or restructuring of the organisation. Xanthe works alongside the senior management teams of clients in all sectors and her extensive business knowledge enables her to produce the right solutions.

Peter Cook is a celebrated author who has many years’ business, academic and consultancy experience. He started life in pharmaceuticals, has a master’s degree in management and has worked extensively with a range of international clients. He specialises in leadership and creative thinking and has wide experience of organising and running conference events for organisations in the private and public sectors. His books explore leadership through the language of rock music.

Cathie Banham (MCIPD IfL) has a background in the pharmaceutical industry and is a business and management consultant who specialises in human resource development, particularly management learning and development. She is highly experienced in the field of business-related vocational qualifications and is also qualified to administer psychometric tests. Her successful track record with clients includes the design and delivery of first class management training programmes.

Jenny McCarter (MCIPD) is a human resource and health and safety management consultant. Her specialist expertise assists organisations to create a clear framework for managing staff within legislative requirements, and to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Jenny develops HR and H&S strategies, carries out HR and H&S audits, provides training for managers and staff, is an expert on employment contracts, and provides an outsourcing service for smaller organisations.

Nick Elwin is a practical business development specialist with supporting management and leadership skills, a self-starter with proven team motivation and leadership skills refreshed with recent experience as Operations Director of a growth business. He specialises in strategic planning and advises clients on a range of issues, including maximising shareholder value, exit strategies, and the funding of growth or acquisitions. Motivated and entrepreneurial (particularly enjoying new product /services situations) Nick has a creative and adaptable approach to solving business problems.

Jackie Temple (BA) provides the logistical support for the team, organising marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that the right IT systems are in place, and controlling all financial aspects. She has a background of working in medium, dynamic companies that developed IT solutions for clients.
